Automation Solutions Sheets Functions — Terms of Use

Automation Solutions Sheets Functions is an internal Google Sheets add-on provided by Automation Solutions for authorized members of its Google Workspace organization.

Permitted use

The add-on may be used only for legitimate Automation Solutions business purposes and in accordance with company policies. Users may not attempt to distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or provide unauthorized access to the add-on.

Calculations

The add-on provides spreadsheet calculations intended to assist business workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing calculations and confirming that results are appropriate before relying on them for quotations, purchasing, accounting, contractual commitments, or other business decisions.

Data and privacy

The add-on performs its calculations within Google Sheets and does not transmit spreadsheet contents to an external service. Account and installation information may be processed by Google as part of Google Workspace and the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Availability and changes

Automation Solutions may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue the add-on at any time. Features and calculations may change as company requirements evolve.
